So Michel Péclard has been asked every once in a while to take a closer look at other companies and projects to consult them. If you love and have fun doing something you will always be successful. So it resulted in the offer of consulting services.

Together with Atelier 72, Raphael Otto, interesting new orientations and concepts of restaurant businesses are elaborated. If desired, the entire implementation – from the interior architecture to the coffee spoon – is carried out.
