A job in service opens doors. Because what you give your guests is more than just a perfectly prepared plate. While they are at our restaurant, you are giving them the feeling of being on holiday. This unique holiday feeling here, in turn, also makes you feel like you have the best job in the world, or at least we find that to be true in our restaurants. As a member of our service team, you know how to run a work station independently. You will also help with various mise-en-place work. You are well-versed in daily à-la-carte service at lunchtime and in the evening. Our ingenious cash register system will help you with this. You look after your guests, enjoy advising them and always look forward to seeing them return. And you pay attention to cleanliness and hygiene regulations, so that the next guests will find a nice clean table.

We offer above-average salaries. In our restaurants on the lake, you also benefit from profit sharing. This is how a restaurant becomes your restaurant. And you can earn the holidays for yourself that you serve to your guests every day. 

Why it’s fun to work with us

Oui, oui, la Péclard family! We are a family of around 500 restaurant enthusiasts who stick together, look after each other and also celebrate together every now and then. Our success comes down to the fact that we all take great joy in restaurant work.

And if you don’t yet have a place to stay nearby when you start, you can stay with us at the Fischer’s Fritz campground directly on the lake in Zurich Wollishofen. All you have to bring is a tent. This is just one of the many benefits to working at our restaurants.

What we are looking for

Service training would be great. Of course, we are also open to those looking to change careers who are interested in the job. Though experienced servers make it look like child’s play, service is a skill that has to be learned. But, if you have what it takes, then it’s really fun.
