Large Print – Reservations
Basis
The reservation made via Aleno and secured with a credit card forms the basis for a binding visit to the respective restaurant.
Reservation and Arrival
To ensure that the reserved table is not given to another guest, the guest confirms that they will notify the restaurant if they are more than 15 minutes late. Otherwise, the table may be released and cancellation fees may be charged.
Cancellation / No-Show
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the visit. For later cancellations, a cancellation fee of 100% may be charged to the credit card. The same applies in the event of a no-show without prior notice.
Payment Terms
Consumption is settled on-site at the restaurant during the visit and no charge will be made to the credit card. If a cancellation fee applies, it will be charged to the credit card within 72 hours of the reservation at the latest.
Jurisdiction
The contract is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

Large Print – Self Service
Basis of the Agreement
Any order placed via Ordermonkey or PassaDuo and paid for by credit card, debit card, or Twint constitutes the basis of a binding purchase agreement with the respective business.
Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.
Delivery Conditions
Once payment has been made, the order is final. Orders are prepared as quickly as possible and made available for collection. The customer will be notified as soon as the order is ready for pickup. By placing the order, the customer agrees that from the moment of notification, the risk of any loss of quality passes to the customer. Changes and cancellations may only be made by the manager on site.
Payment Terms
Payment must be made by card or Twint. Cash payments are only possible at the physical checkout counter.
Place of Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

Large Print – Gift Vouchers
Prices
All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).
Basis of the Agreement
Any order placed through the webshop and paid for by credit card constitutes the basis of the purchase agreement.
Delivery Conditions
Gift vouchers are shipped throughout Switzerland free of charge for orders with a minimum value of CHF 1,000. For orders below CHF 1,000, a flat shipping fee of CHF 3.00 will be charged.
Payment Terms
Payment is made by credit card. Payment by invoice is not available through the webshop.
Refusal of Acceptance
If a customer refuses to accept the goods they have ordered, the return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
